Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using advanced trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Produce quarterly Horizon Reports on disruptive forces (AI ethics, climate adaptation, neurotech integration)
- Architect innovation roadmaps for 3-5 year strategic planning cycles
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions for current market gaps
- Advocate for human-centric design principles in all future-facing initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in trend analysis methodologies (horizon scanning, weak signal detection)
- Proven track record translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, bio-integration
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects or published foresight work
