Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executive-ready frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis methodologies
