Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, climate resilience tech)
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 sustainability and digital transformation imperatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futuristic thinking into product development and business strategy
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership on post-2025 competitive advantages
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Measure and report on strategic foresight KPIs using advanced analytics and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2020s technological disruption vectors (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry transformation topics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations) preferred
- Experience leading global teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas markets
