- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-generation solutions

- Build and steward a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their socioeconomic impacts
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
