Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and human-machine collaboration
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and long-term resilience
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in emerging technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (portfolio required)
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter)
