Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations impacting 2026
- Develop adaptive strategic roadmaps using scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Architect innovation frameworks for clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Deliver executive briefings on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Curate and analyze proprietary data from global innovation ecosystems and think tanks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
- Author thought leadership reports for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) highly desirable
