Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the enterprise-wide 2026 AI and machine learning transformation roadmap.
- Design highly scalable, secure cloud infrastructure capable of supporting advanced LLM operations.
- Collaborate directly with the C-suite to align technical strategies with overarching business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and data governance.
- Oversee the transition from legacy systems to modern, AI-driven platforms with zero downtime.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, data engineering, or machine learning infrastructure.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep technical expertise in Python, Kubernetes, and modern MLOps frameworks.
- Experience integrating and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
