Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define and implement new product features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best engineering practices.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and tools.
- Engage in our comprehensive onboarding and mentorship program tailored for the Class of 2026.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in Spring 2026.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
