Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Present futuristic insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams through compelling narratives
- Partner with R&D to prototype innovative solutions aligned with future market demands
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-focused leader
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and environmental megatrends affecting global business landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism at Fortune 500/tech scale
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
