Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong data literacy with experience in quantitative and qualitative research frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations or published futurist work
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
