Responsibilities

- Present quarterly foresight briefings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for future-readiness initiatives
- Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks focused on futurism
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing actionable 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
