Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Produce annual 'Future Horizon Reports' with data-driven predictions and actionable recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with 2026 technological forecasts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise on R&D investments targeting 2026 breakthrough capabilities
- Present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation with demonstrable impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020-2030 technology trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into executable business strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
