As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and cross-functional teams to identify disruptive opportunities. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and long-term growth initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with business objectives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations for stakeholder decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and track implementation progress
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
