As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to decode complex signals from AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing. Your insights will drive multi-year roadmaps that balance risk with transformational growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market shifts across technology, policy, and consumer behavior
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for existential risks and breakthrough opportunities
- Lead high-impact workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Author quarterly trend briefings distributed to 500+ C-level decision-makers
- Build proprietary databases of emerging technologies and their potential business applications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Present findings at global industry summits and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate foresight role
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or foresight.org)
