Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive trend briefings
- Establish innovation metrics to track organizational future-readiness
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation concepts and services
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent practical experience
