- Produce thought leadership reports and presentations for stakeholders and investors
- Establish cross-functional innovation initiatives to accelerate 2026-ready solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
