Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) and forecast their impact on business models by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile future environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote speeches) positioning our company as a future-ready leader
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for trend intelligence
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in the 2025-2030 timeframe
- Quantify future market potential through predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation roles with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Track record of developing actionable future-strategies implemented by Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique, causal layered analysis)
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-focused topics
