Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and scenario planning reports
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational structures
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with frontier technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Experience with AI/ML trend forecasting tools and data visualization
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
