Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for clients across technology, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Create quantitative models predicting market shifts and technological adoption curves
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and operations
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex foresight into actionable insights
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database with predictive analytics
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or corporate foresight role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or business strategy publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic forecasting projects
