Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology advancements
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for future market disruptions
- Present evidence-based forecasts to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
