Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise clients
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business operations and organizational resilience
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable transformation
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic vectors to anticipate market disruptions
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in trend analysis and predictive modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution) preferred
