Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for multi-stakeholder alignment
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish quantitative/qualitative frameworks for measuring future-readiness and strategic agility
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Published work in futurist journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Ability to distill vast amounts of information into clear strategic imperatives
