Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for quantum adoption, AI governance, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Advose on M&A strategy for emerging tech startups in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Build a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic briefings to the board and executive leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational change
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
