Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to identify strategic opportunities and threats for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps with 18-36 month foresight horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development cycles
- Present trend-based strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Monitor emerging technologies and regulatory shifts affecting our industry trajectory
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategy implementations
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
