Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and market expansion strategies
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports and present findings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish innovation frameworks that integrate AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience into core business operations
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts to ensure strategic alignment with future regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level foresight briefings
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field required
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful strategic initiatives implemented from foresight research
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
