Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technologies to market opportunities
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports on disruptive forces (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Design organizational adaptation frameworks for exponential change environments
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-proof principles into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling narrative and data visualization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on societal or technological transformation
- Mastery of horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementation of future insights
