Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to identify 2026 market disruptors
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce trend reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech or sustainability
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
