Responsibilities

- Author quarterly strategic briefs on disruptive forces reshaping global markets
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Represent the organization at Davos, SXSW, and global futurist forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
- Secure $5M+ in funding for moonshot projects aligned with 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technologies or climate adaptation
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, biotech governance, or carbon capture systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofing initiatives
- Fluency in forecasting methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience scaling innovations from prototype to global deployment
