Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience, AI governance, and biotech disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Represent InnovateX at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with Delphi methods, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- MBA or advanced degree in strategic foresight preferred
