Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models for 2026+ market shifts and consumer behavior
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-proof business strategies
- Produce foresight reports for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable exponential growth
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor global geopolitical and environmental signals affecting future scenarios
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in trend analysis or strategic innovation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, blockchain, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for future scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
