Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and sociocultural shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for clients adopting exponential technologies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive trends and their market implications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify investment opportunities in frontier technologies
- Present futures insights at global innovation conferences and executive retreats
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
