Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Architect strategic blueprints for exponential technology adoption across global operations
- Conduct foresight workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to align on future-ready capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging business models and workforce evolution
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions using rapid innovation methodologies
- Establish governance protocols for ethical technology deployment and societal impact assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy implementation
- Expertise in exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
- Demonstrated success in cross-cultural innovation initiatives with global stakeholder management
- Portfolio of published futures research or strategic foresight projects
