Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Author thought leadership papers and predictive models for industry disruption
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire next-gen startups
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and tech disruption risks
- Represent company at global futurism summits and tech policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on long-term tech impact (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and Scenario Planning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
