Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify macroeconomic, technological, and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using AI-powered analytics to predict market disruptions
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients across healthcare, energy, and fintech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards through immersive data visualizations and compelling narratives
- Build cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating blockchain, quantum computing, and circular economy principles
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend impact analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and Tableau/Power BI for data storytelling
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or sustainable futures
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
