Your insights will directly influence multi-million dollar decisions in AI adoption, sustainable tech, and workforce transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends to forecast 2026 landscape scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to navigate disruption and capitalize on future opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advise on innovation investments, workforce evolution, and technology adoption roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for enterprises
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
