- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author visionary reports and presentations for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and environmental megatrends to identify competitive opportunities
- Champion future-ready culture through internal thought leadership and educational initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Proven track record of implementing foresight methodologies in corporate environments
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Deep understanding of behavioral economics and societal transformation patterns
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies (preferred)
