Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic shifts to create 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop and lead innovation sprints focused on next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology applications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into core offerings
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs and foster startup partnerships for disruptive technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting with demonstrable impact on long-term roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR) and market adoption curves
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policy frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Portfolio of published foresight work or executed innovation initiatives
- Global network of technology innovators and academic researchers
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing innovation budgets >$5M
