Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI integration in healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems (quantum-enhanced ML, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics and societal impact
- Design adaptive governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with VCs to evaluate and incubate deep-tech startups
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and government bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing AI/ML systems deployed at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and predictive modeling
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
