As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to identify paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech, and human augmentation. Your insights will directly influence $2B+ in R&D investments and launch our flagship 2026 initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Impact Assessments across 15+ industries
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for 2026 market gaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 3 potential 2026 global futures
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to Board of Directors and investors
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary FutureSight methodology
- Author thought leadership content for Harvard Business Review and WIRED
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in innovation strategy at Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley unicorn
- Published peer-reviewed research on exponential technologies (2018-2024)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused concepts
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
