Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, exponential technology assessment, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, and neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation frameworks implemented with measurable market impact
