Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, secure, and highly available AI/ML infrastructure tailored for our 2026 strategic objectives.
- Lead the technical evaluation and integration of emerging LLMs and multimodal AI models into core enterprise products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to align technical architecture with business goals.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model fine-tuning, and distributed training across multi-cloud environments.
- Drive technical due diligence for potential AI acquisitions and strategic technology partnerships.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to strict ethical AI guidelines, data privacy standards, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on large-scale AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Ray).
- Proven track record of deploying Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Go, with a deep understanding of distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Active presence in the AI community (publications, open-source contributions, or conference speaking) is a major plus.
