Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation
- Establish foresight frameworks to anticipate future challenges and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D to translate futuristic visions into actionable product development plans
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders, researchers, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex, multi-disciplinary data
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite executives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementations or trend forecasting
