Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and societal foresight framework
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive futures
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term market evolution
- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across all business units
- Present strategic futures insights to board members and investors quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio published in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
