Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to adopt and scale next-gen innovations
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Partner with R&D teams to validate feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business value
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Technology Management, Physics)
- Published research or thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation strategy
