- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives and academic partners
- Translate foresight insights into MVP prototypes using agile methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications for industry publications (Forbes, MIT Tech Review)
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy at Fortune 500 or VC-backed startups
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Published research on emerging technology adoption patterns
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations from foresight work
- Certification in Design Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
