Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning for market shifts, regulatory changes, and disruptive innovations
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for experimental ventures
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Certification in Futures Research or similar methodology
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
