Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry aligned with future scenarios
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite and R&D teams
- Identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation scouts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with 2026+ focus
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or future-of-industry topics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
