Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations affecting 2026+ industries
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech innovations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams to align innovation initiatives
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and startups to co-create future-ready solutions
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and economic megatrends to inform strategic pivots
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology assessment
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with experience in AI-driven trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Deep knowledge of climate tech, quantum computing, or neurotech domains
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF, CFP) or equivalent practical experience
