Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Proven track record launching tech products with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- PhD or Master's in Technology, Engineering, or Business Innovation
