Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to translate research into production-grade code.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and model governance.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and integrate them into our strategic roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience designing scalable architectures on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs and NLP models at scale.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
